Abstract
This paper deals with ossificant meningioma, a type of very uncommon tumor, with a clinical picture that is often characterized by a shifty beginning and atypical symtoms. We repoprt a case of a patient of ours (F.C., woman 64 years old with a thoracic localization of ossificant meningioma), that we treated with surgical method executing a total tumor ablation and posterior stabilization.
